Stoned Yoga is a rising trend among the yogis. But it has been a practice used for thousands of years. The earliest mention of cannabis has been found in The Vedas, or sacred Hindu texts. These writings may have been compiled as early as 2000 to 1400 B.C.

The sedative effects when paired with yoga can be an unparalleled calming experience on the body and mind. Cannabis use may allow people who would otherwise be unable to participate in yoga, perhaps due to chronic pain, partake in the practice. Cannabis can aid not only the spiritual experience, but the physical as well.
